Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your COCOAIRE purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items purchased directly from cocoaire.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cocoaire.com. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work quickly to make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Products purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies. For returns related to Amazon orders, please initiate the return through your Amazon account.
